AFM announces the formation of the first of several planned strategic partnerships.

The partnerships involve forming joint ventures with new and existing companies to bring new brands to the UK.  As part of the arrangement AFM introduces funding and takes an equity state in the partner company.  The joint venture then has access to AFM’s considerable expertise in ecommerce fulfilment and distribution, whilst drawing on the specialist knowledge of our partners in their particular fields.

The first of those partnership is the formation of www.YourBuggyShop.com.  YourBuggyShop.com has been established to sell high quality I-Believe baby buggies and Travel systems to the UK.   It is the UK sole distributor of I-Believe Buggies and offering some of the most functional, innovative, stylish and fun baby buggies and travel systems in the UK.

As these partnerships develop, it is envisaged that they will allow AFM to establish a range of turnkey marketing solutions to be made available to our other ecommerce clients.  Hopefully by demystifying ecommerce marketing, search engine optimisation, pay per click advertising we should be able to help out other clients to promote their businesses.

A further large scale partnership is planned for later in 2014 with another possible one to follow in early 2015.
