Storing all training materials
Producing delegate handouts, name badges
and other materials
Picking, packing and dispatching
training kits for events throughout the
UK

Error free performance in picking, packing
and shipping training kits – approximately six
to eight 120kg kits per day
Creation of fully co-ordinated distribution
programmes to hotels and venues ensuring that the correct
kits are on site for each event
Liaison with venues to ensure that they
are aware of what items are being delivered and which
events they relate to
Full stock tracking of materials including
event-by-event client feedback on the condition of
materials returned so that trainer performance can
be monitored and reviewed
Elimination of the need for the client
to handle materials combined with a substantial reduction
in their temporary operational staff requirements
Greater stock control allowing more
accurate assessment of training material needs in the
light of on-going event programmes
